Nick Unger received his Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Psychology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) in 2016. He then chose to continue his education and acquired his master's degree also from ERAU. Recognizing Nick's abilities, BlackHägen Design (BH) offered Nick an internship near the end of his master's degree journey. He was able to join BH as an intern and still acquire his Master of Science in Human Factors. BH offered him a full-time position as a Human Factors Engineer shortly thereafter.
While at BlackHägen Design, Nick has assisted in conducting medical usability studies including User Preference, Use Validation, Formative, and Summative Usability Studies. Also experienced in analysis development, Nick has completed front end and tail end analysis reporting for numerous clients including Smith & Nephew, Philips, Olympus, and Medtronic.
