Nick Unger Earns His Master’s Degree

BlackHägen Design is pleased to announce the recent graduation of one of our Human Factors Engineers, Nick Unger. After interning at BlackHägen Design, Nick completed his Master of Science in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

During the degree program, Nick was president of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. He also worked as a graduate assistant in the Research Engineering and Applied Collaborations in Healthcare lab.

While at BlackHägen, Nick has assisted in conducting medical usability studies including User Preference, User Validation, Formative, and Summative Usability Studies. Also experienced in analysis development, Nick has completed heuristic, generative, and evaluative analysis reporting for numerous clients including Smith & Nephew, Philips, Olympus, and Medtronic.
