All deliverables adhere closely to pre-established program plans and budgetary parameters.

Our Human Factors specialists develop user interfaces and ergonomic features for an optimal ease-of-use experience by conducting thorough task analyses, graphic interface simulation, usability tests and analysis of the usage scenario. Human Factors is typically integrated with our Industrial Design process to develop systems that mitigate critical use errors, while optimizing workflow and user satisfaction.

Mechanical Engineering and prototyping are also an integral part of our design process, enabling us to implement conceptual designs into fully functional prototypes, production-ready database and drawing packages. Materials, processes and capital investments are carefully selected for each project, balancing business model and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM&A) requirements. BH maintains an ISO 9001 and FDA/QSR compliant Quality System for Design Controls and has been audited and approved by Fortune 50 medical device companies.
