Over the last decade, we have evolved a robust and highly effective ethnographic research methodology based on user needs and use-error mitigation strategies. Our Discovery phase utilizes passive and interactive, contextual (in-field) techniques, from observing and recording usage cycles, to conducting real-time interviews using project-specific tools to elicit user feedback.
